Conflitos de vergonha como instigadores de cisão e identificação projetiva: a dimensão inconsciente dos ataques agressivos intimidadores

Este artigo amplia os conceitos de cisão e identificação projetiva de forma
a incluir a instigação desses mecanismos pela vergonha escondida, bem
como a visão dos mesmos como defesa contra a vergonha mortificadora.
Vergonha refere-se não somente ao afeto, mas ao resultado do conflito com
o ideal do ego. A identificaçao projetiva é detectada na contratransferência
como uma pressão para se adotar um estado mental que, infere-se, tenha
sido cindido pelo analisando e induzido na mente do analista. Vinhetas
clínicas ilustram a intimidação como uma forma da identificação projetiva.
O uso original do conceito de identificação projetiva, que o postula a
priori como reconstrução de um precursor infantil ancestral, é de precisão
duvidosa e implica em alto risco de distração para o analista, impedindo-o
de apreciar detalhes importantes da situação clínica envolvidos neste
mecanismo. A compreensão da história natural da cisão e identificação
projetiva como mecanismos que conduzem a processos de colapso e
tentativas de reparação após uma injúria narcísica revela importantes
dimensões do conflito de vergonha que podem ser obscurecidas por
conflitos mais visíveis envolvendo agressão e culpa
