Algumas reflexões sobre minha experiência de analisar através da contratransferência
Resumo
É proposto nesta comunicação que o sucesso no trabalho psicoterapêutico com pacientes severamente perturbados exige uma intensificação da atenção do analista para suas experiências intrapsíquicas contratransferenciais, brotadas das interações conscientes e inconscientes com o paciente. As reações contratransferenciais manifestamse como percepções físicas, emocionais e somato sensoriais. A efetividade do trabalho analítico aumenta com a formulação de interpretações baseadas nestas experiências intrapsíquicas. Interpretar através da contratransferência implica na habilidade do analista em tolerar uma cisão psíquica, ao mesmo tempo em que se compromete com o analisando. Durante regressões temporárias a modos pré simbólicos de experiência que permitem a recuperação e o intercâmbio, entre analista e analisando, das fantasias de processo primário nas formas verbais do "jogo do rabisco" de Winnicott, o analista deve ser também capaz de manter, simultaneamente, uma instância de ego observadora, informada pelo pensamento de processo secundário.
